I'm curious if anyone knows if Microsoft is still supporting this and if there is any Mixed Reality interface/camera work done with it? It seems like it would lend itself super easy to integrate the mixed reality headsets.

Anyone know anything about this?

p and q are random prime numbers

n is modulus

t is totient

e is public exponent

d is private exponent

p = generate random prime

q = generate random prime

n = p*q

t = (p-1)*(q-1)

1<e<t and gcd(e,t)=1

d = multiplicative inverse of e (modulo t)

The question I have is about e (the public exponent). I noticed when reading about RSA that most implementations use a fixed value for e. That value is 65537. However, according to Wikipeda, the value of e must be mutually prime with t (the totient). So my question is this. What guaranty is there that the constant value 65537 is going to be mutually prime with t?

Since t is calculated from p and q, there must be some combination of the values of p and q which generate a value t, such that t is NOT mutually prime with 65537. If this condition (even if rare) does occur, then using that combination of values would break the RSA algorithm, if you tried to actually proceed with using that combination of values when encrypting and decrypting session keys, or generating and validating signatures. ]]>

Looking a to simple program that will launch at startup in Windows 7

I have a printer server with 300 attached printer: \\printerserver

I'm Looking to for a program that will list 15 printer with drop down or radio buttons: user selects printer and clicks submit, whereby connecting to print server and downloads and installs. ]]>
