SSI includes from a CGI-Bin directory?

i have a file: news1.html in a directory, it is generated by a script

    and on the main page:
    index.shtml

i want to include everything in news1.html in the main page?

If SSI doesn't allow this inside a CGI-Bin is there a way i can use a script to copy the news1.html outside of the CGI-bin directory and into a directory for normal viewing...
    PLEASE HELP!

well you can do a virtual include or do it as an Iframe, but I guess tha tis an IE only thing. there is a a javascript way that you have to have it as a text file though.
