"I finally have time to do what I've always wanted: write the great American novel. Mine is about a futuristic amusement park where dinosaurs are brought to life through advanced cloning techniques. I call it 'Billy and the Cloneasaurus.'"

I think that if Billy is going to be the cloner and the dinosaurs the cloned then ur book title is a little misleading. How about "Billy 's Park of Cloned Big Scary Reptile Things"
I can even get you started...
"It was a cold and stormy night in Rodsville. Billy was asleep in front of the television, snoring a little too loudly. It was his stuffed nostrils that made him do this. Nostrils just like his father, who had died earlier this year after a long fight against prostate cancer, which many think was brought on by his service in the army. The army had been good to his father for many years and he had travelled far. He had been to Italy and fallen in love with the girl of his dreams. Her uncle had dashed his hopes back then and he was dead now. The reason for his death was never discovered but rumours soon spread of evil deeds.
The cat stirred on Billy's lap."
I'm sure you can take it from there.
