Upload a file to a CGI-script with the Internet Transfer Control???

Im trying to upload a file to a CGI-script with the Internet Transfer Control, but im not getting anyware! Have anybody done anything like this???
I want to post the file to a CGI script along with some other parameters...
Please help, I would be very happy if someone could help me this this huge problem!
