    Question Should I wait?

    I have been thinking about getting visual c++ but since this new ".net" framework is going to hit the market soon, should I wait for .net or should I get visual c++ or what?

    well....

    im using beta 2 of visual studio.net and its awsome... there is a lot of new syntax and stuff for vb i havnt gotten into c++ with it yet but its just a great tool if you do anything asp related, if thats what you are in for then wait for Visual studio 7 to hit and then take a look at it... just food for thought
