Problems with Inet control using AOL

If I want to open a webpage using the Internet Transfer control it doesn't work when I'm connected with AOL.
Text1.text = Inet1.OpenURL("someURL")
Are there any Proxy-Server settings i gotta pay attention to?

Any suggestions?

I HAVE one but I want to write programs that are compatible to every ISP even 'things' like AOL...
