Is it possible find an EXE file, by giving the port it is using? For example...
if ICQ uses TCP 13131

Is it possible, to point where the ICQ exe is
by somehow figureing out what app is using port 13131? Or if not, is it possible to find out what port an application is using, by pointing to the port?
