I want to develop an ActiveX control that runs inside Internet Explorer that will allow my users to upload & download an Access file and then search through the information using the control once they are offline. Can this be done without dropping there security. The big thing here is that they must be able to view the data offline after a "download". My Internet Provider is unwilling to help develope such a product because he is afraid of security. Must the users Security always be on Minimum to upload and download files to my server. THANKS
