More stupid screenshot insanity
Post screenshots of "interesting" Windows activity. Mine is attached. It shows what happens when, on a computer with 256 MB physical RAM, I start a satellite ground system simulator, our own server, and our Java (shut up ) client for viewing the satellites' statuses.
Do you like the 150 MB spike for the client?

Gee, Java only uses 150mb RAM per app? It must be better than C++...

Uh, we're running a satellite ground system, a server, and a client ON ONE MACHINE! It is kinda obvious that the system would cringe. The VB typically only uses ~20 to ~40 MB of memory for ANY Java program.

This is my ACTUAL WORK SCREENSHOT. I made no attempt to make it look cluttered, but I really do need all of these things open at a time (except for Winamp and IE ).
It is 234kb, wait a second...

LOL, no...
Each cmd prompt except for one is a Java program, and each program has a window (or two) open. I do a lot of s*** at work.
I'm just debugging some code. Specifically, 203 .java files.
