I am making a chat program
and would like to know how to do this

i have a picture box, and i would like to make it so what ever is the picture in it, it will be the same for every one else in the chat room.

and is there a way that, say if some one makes their own little, prop picture- like thing and Drags it and drops it on the picture box, every one will be able to See it, and they can move it around too?

and last question is
is there a way to make it so the person who host's the chat room makes a password, and if some one goes to the password screen and enters the same one, it will do somethnig
and if it is wrong it will pop up a msg box

; so this is making everyone check to see if the host's pass is the same that every one else is entering..


Oh and how would you do this: Download a TXT file from a webpage, and read it into a Textbox
