how do I make a web page full screen?

I went to a site the other day that was full screen. It did not even look like it was in my browser. how can I do this?

You can only do this in IE 4+, and you have to use som Javascript. I think it goes something like this:

Window.FullScreen

I don't think that that is correct but it should give you a starter to play around with.
