The subject here is quite confusing. Actually, I like to make a banner board in which the picture or the text is moving, just like the ads on some web pages.

I guess it could be easily done by Java. But let say I want it done in VB or something like HTML or DHTML. (I don't want to cycle some images on screen to achieve it.) I wish I could just load some HTML files and make it display on a window. How could I do it? Actually, I got a existing program written in VB and I want to make it add-on to my program so I want it done VB.

I would say animated GIFs are your best bet -- nobody likes to wait to download advertisements, unless you need an interactive ad...
