Pop-up window positions

Is there a way to create a pop-up window and snap it to a particular coordinate on the screen (such as centering it like a splash screen)?

You can use the methods of the window object:

for example, if you put this into a script that is called when the page is loaded (like body_onLoad):

intHeight = screen.availHeight
intWidth = screen.availWidth
window.resizeTo intWidth, intHeight
window.moveTo 0, 0


This resizes the new window to the full screen and moves it to the upper corner.

or how they move the close button so far off screen that it annoys the hell out of ya. ya it can be done. :)
