I am a novice at VB programming... but I do have plenty of experience with computers and BASIC programming.

Ok, my questions are the following:

I am writing my own IRC Client.

1) Trying to within an Options screen allow the addition of new servers to be able to connect to. How do I setup a DropDown ListBox to read from a file with a list of servers in it?

2) Have no earthly idea how to write a registration/shareware for the program.

3) I have an IRC Control... but I have a general idea on HOW to connect to the server, but I have no idea how to RECEIVE msg's from said server or how to SEND msg's to the server. Any ideas? :-)
