establish connecttion between 2 pc`s

i am trying to make an app that connect two pc`s on a network and let them communicate with each other.ie- one sends a command and then the other replies and visa versa

That's what Winsock and Inet attempt to do. Check them out. But you might be dissappointed, just remember they are unreliable Microsoft products.
