Answearing The Phone

Does anybody know how to have you computer pick up a phone call after so many rings. Then have it read numbers dialed from the caller. I am trying to make a menu that will allow the person to leave a certain message to a specific person. Thanks for your time to anybody that replies.

if you search the Microsoft Developers page for Telephony, somewhere in there you should find a control for that sort of thing.
