Hi all!
Is there any "normal" way of rotating and shearing (like in Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator...even in Nero Cover Editor!) rectangles, round rectangles, ellipses, pies, etc. By "normal" I mean without toooooooo much complicated code. I tried using the SetWorldTransform, but it's not supported on Win9x (only on WinNT/2K). I'm looking for something that is (very) fast...
