does anyone here use internet banks like smile.co.uk? if so, how secure would you say they are?

I don't use smile but I use Halifax's halifax-online site.

Secure? don't know but they have a promise that they'll reimburse any losses due to "Internet" fraud

yeah, statements like that don't exactly fill me with confidence, seeing as they're basically saying that there's a chance your bank account could be hacked.
