    Help Array Question

    I have a multidimensional array:

    combination(0)(0): '4' (0)(1): '5' (0)(2): '6' (0)(3): '7' (0)(4): '8'
    (1)(0): 'W'
    (2)(0): '.' (2)(1): '_' (2)(2): '-'

    I need to make another array which is a combination of the above fields:

    sub(0): '4W.'
    sub(1): '4W_'
    sub(2): '4W-'
    sub(3): '5W.'
    sub(4): '5W_' etc.

    Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Well ...

    Something like:

    Code:
    Dim X As Long
    X=0
    Dim NewArray() As String
    For I = LBound(YourArrayDim1) To UBound(YourArrayDim1)
       For K = LBound(YourArrayDim2) To UBound(YourArrayDim2)
          Redim Preserve NewArray(X)
          NewArray(X) = YourArray(I,K)
          X = X + 1
       Next
    Next
    That's pretty elementary code, you need to add several things to it. Wrote it just off the top (or maybe bottom) of my head, so pardon me for any mistakes. That's the general outline I would suggest.

    PS: Dim1 and Dim2 to be treated as the loops traversing the 1st and 2nd dimensions of the array.

    .
    I am not a complete idiot. Some parts are still missing.
