Help With data combo box.

I have a program I am wanting to use a data combo box, What I want to do is show all the records in a table field so the user can select from the list.

Also I am using a MSFlex grid and it always shows the complete table, I would preffer it to be blank until my program fills it. How can I accomplish that without errors?
