Look, I've heard lots of folks say, "It can't be done, no way." But I've heard that before.

There has to be SOME WAY to make a Control Panel Applet in VB6. I have been looking around and found nothing. People say you need C++, but for some reason I think it can be done in BASIC. Am I full of it or is there really a way to do it?
