Question
Is it possible to write a word processor (like Micro$oft Word) or a database program like (Micro$oft Access)?
If it is, can someone tell how to do that?
I would like to do that with M$ Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition (SP 5).
Another question: how do create an "Avatar"?

Thanx....

Of course it's possible. You can do it in VB, but it'll be a lot faster and easier if you used C++ instead. The first thing you need to do is create your own TextBox0like control. The standard TextBox, and RichTextBox are not "good enough." If you want, you can use the RichEdit 2.0, though, because it's really similar to the MS Word control (but still lacks some features).
