I'm helping out with that project they are doing in the Project Request Forum about the Compiler w/o Run-Times... Well I'm managing the website and I have a question!

On the main menu, I made it so when you move your mouse over one of the sections of the site, a DHTML pop-up will show up and tell you a little description about it. I tested it out in both IE and Netscape and I got 2 different things...

In IE it just appears...
But in Netscape, it appears gradually and it looks Very Nice!

Can someone tell me why IE is not doing the same?
