how to add graphics to HTML by using visual basic

i am going to make a program thats works like microsoft frontpage, which makes HTML ducuments and wedpages.The program will make by using visual basic knowledge and will in the least be able to make simple wed page with colored graphics and text.so now,i have to know how the graphics add to html by using visual basic!anybody can help me?hope can reply me as soon as possible!thanks
