DB app won't run on win NT

built a database application vb6/access 97 db and the program runs fine on w95/w98, using install shield express for setup. any suggestions?

For some reason, my mind-reading headpiece won't work today...... :)

no specific error messages, after installation and reboot win NT completely screwed up.
