    Programs - Useful or Not?

Sorry if the subject made it sound like a crazy game show but anyhoo...

Are these programs useful or can I take them off start up stop 'em slowing me down etc...

Scan Registry...I think I need this one
    Task Monitor
    Scheduling Agent
    Cal Reminder shortcut (wkcalrem.exe)
    Microsoft Wrapper (OSA.exe)
    (rnaapp.exe)
    (sllights.exe)

If you have any of these or you can tell me what they do my quest for the truth will be that one step closer.

    Thanx

rnaapp.exe is for Dial-Up Networking (you need it )

osa.exe handles caching of MS Office program data.

you can get away with closing *all* of them with exception of rnaapp.exe as Mike pointed out if you want to use your dail up connection.
