access replication

I have a access database on one server. I have 8 remote servers arond the country. I have made 8 replicas one for each office. I am getting duplicate autonumbers when I sync with the Design master, is there a work around????

When I make changes to my Design Master, and sync the replicas it does not add the changes if the changes were on a form.

You can use a GUID in Access as a primary key instead of an autonumber/integer
