How to save an Excel sheet using OLE

I have open an excel file in an OLE container. The excel sheet is been edited in the continer and have to be saved in the same excel sheet. I tried to copy the contents of the OLE using the copy method of ole, its copying but not able to paste it or save it in the same excel sheet.

Do let me know how to save the edited data in the same file. Reply as soon as possible
