    proof that the UK government lies!!

    30 years ago the government said that by the eighties, no town with 80,000 inhabitants would be more than 10 miles from a motorway...


    Hmmmmm, it's 2001...and...whoops...wrong!

    Perhaps during two weeks in 1987, they built these motorways, and then tore them out right away, and nobody even noticed?

    Perhaps

    Or maybe, they built secret dirt tracks, called them motorways and then covered them over with manure a few years later because of cut-backs in road spending....well, it's a theory
