How do I make a simple menu when my game
is bitblted in one fullscreen form?
what's the best way?

On a right click, bitblt an area equal to the size of the menu to an offscreen DC, then Blt the menu picture on to the screen. When rightclick is released, Blt the area of the screen covered by the menu back. Or, since you are using a regular form, just use regular windows menus.
