Hi,
I wanna make a program that block internet connection until entering the true password . Are we use API for doing this?.

There are some policy settings that may prevent user from accessing Dial-Up connection or networks in general, It also depends on your Opertating System. NT has a wider range of policies.

Tell me what you have and I'll try to dig it up for you.
