    active x control

i am using an active x control on a html page .
Each time i view the html page in a browser , a small message box appears , asking you if it is safe to display the control.

Is there any way this can be disabled??

it is the browser settings, I don't think you can change it. Its for security reasons. -Well you could change on your browser but you can't change it from your component.

Edneeis is right, the messagebox is being generated by IE, and cannot be changed through code. By default, IE will prompt the user, warning the user that the webpage has an usigned Active X control, and ask the user if they wish to view it anyway. However, many users change the settings (like myself), and down download any Active X controls unless they are signed by a certified vendor like Verisign.
