...where an old man of aran
    goes around and around
and his mind is a beacon
in the veil of the night
for a strange kind of fashion
    there's a wrong and a right
but he'll never, never fight over you

Some top music, and not all of is cheesy with mullets. How about the Specials in 81?

    what he's waiting for I don't know.
    But he waits, everyday now.
He's just waiting for someone to show."

    Hey, I have a question...

Lyrics to "I'm on Fire" by The Boss...

"Hey little girl is your daddy home
Did he go away and leave you all alone
    I got a bad desire
    I'm on fire

"Tell me now baby is he good to you
Can he do to you the things that I do
    I can take you higher
    I'm on fire

"Sometimes it's like someone took a knife baby
Edgy and dull and cut a six-inch valley
Through the middle of my ???"

    What do you hear?

    Thumbs down 80's music

The eighties were the blackspot of popular music history.

It's the time when everybody discovered electronic instruments but nobody knew what to do with them.

I was so relieved when the 80's were over.

Please, can't we just forget they ever happened?

Yes, thank you. It's soul. My finacée insists that it is skull. But that doesn't make any sense.

Some 80's music was really brilliant.... but I still think the fashion should be marked as cruel and unusual punishment.

I mean to say, face paint, big hair and bin-bag clothes.... groove on you super cool cat, while I lay my thang down with these hip-chicks. (After I've combed my hair, polished my fake Bee-Gee teeth and put on my 2 sizes too large black jacket with little red lines running through it). And that shirt.... wow, is that real polyester?

80's can be summed up in 2 words: electric synthesisers
