how can I enable or Disable CheckBox
Tools > Option... > (Tab View ,Geeneral ,..)

Can you give us more info? Are you making a form with a checkbox and you want to disable it? IF so, remember with VBA, whether Excel or access, you need to move focus to that control before you can do anything with it.
