Content Advisor
Content Advisor turns on EVERY SINGLE TIME I open a new IE window, not letting me access ANY sites until I disable it. It resets every time I open IE (I have to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME). I have tried "Fix IE" in the Add/Remove Panel, but it doesnt work. I think M$ should let us unistall it and give us an IESetup.EXE, so we can reinstall it.

Can't you disable it using the password?

You can get rid of all content advisor stuff and reset it (with no password nor restrictions) by doing the following:
At this point I must ask all teenagers to close their eyes and promise not to read the next bit....
Simply find and delete the ratings password file called ratings.pol in your System folder. Fire up Regedit from Start -> Run and delete the following Registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings
That's it!
