vb6 run time files

How big are the vb6 run time files?
I want to make a database app but is learning vb's way of handling databases worth it when I have good exprience in Ms-Access?
I want people to be able to download an evaluation version on the net ... I don't want to impose the Access runtime download (It's 100 megs for crying ou loud!!)

any suggestions?
is learning all over again worth it?

The VB6 runtime are about 1Mb.. not that big...
Well if you have experience in Access, it's not like you have to start all over again.. just a little :-)
I think it's worth it, VB is more flexible then Access.
