Domain Name Squatters
Okay, this upsets me greatly.
Lets say you wanted to print a magazine called Java Weekly. Guess what, there isn't one, but someone already owns the domain name.
Does he own the trademark? Can you not make the printed magazine because he already holds the name? This is piracy, and our government has been to slow to understand technology or the 'Net. I am not a fan of government stepping in to regulate anything, but this is a case in which the system failed miserably. People are too damned immature to be able to play without adult supervision.
