DHTML feedback forms

HI,
How do I do a submission form for my DHTML page? I want to have a text box with a value in, the user clicks the submit button and it send the value of the text box and a few others to my email address, thanks!

You can use cgi php or asp, they all have email capabilities.

well...don't know how to write any of that.

What about uploading the DHTML page? Do I only need to upload the html page itself to my web server, or must I upload other files before it works properly?

I've attached a zip with 2 files, 1 cgi (edit and change settings for: recipient, subject, mail prog) and 1 html (all fields get emailed).
