    identify when a new record was added

    i need identify when a new record was added in determinated table by anyuser

    there's a way to do this?

    Besides adding a date/time stamp manually? What database?

    im using a odbc/postgresql database in multiuser environment

    i have a server machine that must receive a signal from many clients machines when a new record was added in database
