How can Protect my Database?

I have a database in Access 97 and I want to protect it. I don´t want anybody enter in my information.

In the simpliest of ways, just change the name of your database -- specifically, the mdb part. This will throw the more casual intruder off. If you're concerned about holding novice users at bay, set the database password. Beyond that, it gets a little more imaginative and/or self-destructive. I recommend getting a copy of "Access 97 Power Programming" by F. Scott Barker (www.mcp.com/que) as the best source to answering your question.

Ms access provides both share-level security and user-level security. In a share-level security system, objects are assigned passwords, and anyone who knows the password can access the object. Access supports share-level security with a database password. Also it's provides user-level security. In a user-level security system, users are authenticated when they start ms access by logging on with a password. You can grant specific permissions, such as Read or Modify, to specific users and groups on specific objects. Different users can have different permissions on the same objects.
