SQL 7.0 and VB 6.0 Pro - How do I make a front end?

Can anyone offer any code, tutorials, adivce or links to info on making a simple front end GUI to manage a backend SQL 7.0 Database?

I know it may seem pretty basic to some people - but I really want to looks at integrating the same technology to make my web forms talk to the database too (so you may want to bear this thought in mind)...

Can anyone help me out here please?

Learn ADO, that should get you started. While learning ADO, you can use the sample databases in SQL server for practice
