    Lightbulb Experiences with InstallShield?

I am thinking about buying InstallShield Express 3 to make my setups more professional.

Does anyone use InstallShield Express 3?

I want to know if it is its mony worth and how stable it is.

I use InstallShield 5.5 Professional. My company dragged me kicking and screaming from The P&D Wizard but now I see it's benefits and I enjoy using it. Also if there is an industry standard it's InstallShield.

    Thumbs up

I have used InstallShield 5.5, and agree that it is very feature rich, but requires a good knowledge of the script language to master it. If you know C, then you shouldn't have a problem.

I currently use Wise InstallMaster 8.0. This is as feature rich as InstallShield, without the need for the C script language. The only problem is going to be the cost of either of these professional package and deployment tools.

I haven't seen the Express version, but if it's from the InstallShield stable, then it should be good.
