First time poster...
Does anyone have any idea how to duplicate the multi-column combo box that is so easy to create in Access in VB? I can get the list to display text from two different data fields but I cannot get the combo box to bind to the first column. Example- I want to display a list of employees and their respective SSNs, but when I select a particular employee, the only value to remain in the box is the employee's name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Obtain a book by Dan Appleman that explains the Win32 API throughly. It has a sample project that can do this for you.
Hope this helps.
BTY: The cost is about $37.00 USD from Amazon.com
