Can anyone please help, this is driving me mad !

I have added a page to a DHTML app in VB6, and included a hyperlink on page 1 to access it. If i right-click this hyperlink and go to "View Code" I get Automation Error 440.

If I try and run the app I get exactly the same immediately.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong ?
