I know someone asked how to find the IP address of a computer on a network. But is it possible to do this over the internet? I know you need the IP address to contact the computer, but is there a way to do this?

take a look at this page maybe it could be of help, using a webbrowser control you can get the source of the page and extract your IP address as it is projected in internet
