Question Storing Word Doc in SQL

Using ASP I need to be able to store full Word and other type of documents within SQL2000 database.

Anyone know how to do this?

I've tried several ways but having no luck
Thanks in advance for any help provided.

I got code from www.planet-source-code.com. There is great code for upload. Search for uploading.

There is one with uploading to the SQL server or file.

    Great code.

I've got the ASP code thanks, but I'm having a really bad day, have you an example of the HTML page. I know to use the Input type, etc

But how do I pass the info from the form to the functions
Thanks in advance for any help provided.
