    Using a DLL in VB

This is probably a dumb question but how do I install a DLL in VB to use as a control? I downloaded the Intel JPG control and do not know how to add it to VB to use.

Also, if anyone has used this DLL, can I paste in the control a saved image from the clipboard?

    Thanks!
