Using Proxies Which Require A Username and Password To Log On

Hi,
I'm designing a program that retrieves data from a URL, using the Internet Transfer Control, but it has to go through a proxy which requires an username and password.

I can get it working on a proxy that doesn't require a username and password, but how do I get it to work with one that does require them?
