Win2k & Linux
Has anyone tried to get Win2k and Linux running on a dual boot? When I try to install Linux, it makes the monitor go funny.

I have never personally done it but I know alot of people have gotten it to work
As for your monitor problem you prob did not choose the right refresh rate on your install.

SUSE tech docs suck
I cant find anything of any help, but my best guess would be that the setup program uses a screen refresh or resolution that your 14" cant handle.

The monitor can support 800x600 in Win2k... and the setup works fine on my dads PC. i think i'll have to "borrow" his monitor (permanently) and use that instead.
Thanx 4 your help anyways

Yeah but your 14" prob only supports like 60-70hz and the setup might be trying to run a 75hz.
Monitors are cheap these days anyways.
Anyway good luck.
