John, Download Box showing up

Every now and again when l log in, and click on a thread, the windows download box appears. Click cancel on it, and then l get the box asking what to open the app in? Very strange!

Did James have a few too many lager & limes on the day you set up the new server?

Oops, don't get the problem on other sites.....not that l go to other sites. Honest John, l only come here

I got that also. I put it down to IE going mad.

Either that or some proxy cache being a little over zealous along the way.

Ok problem appears to have resolved itself. Did you do something John? Did download a heap of stuff the previous night, so maybe something was clicked on that had an effect.
